How can I contact Interlecq?

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the United States.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order will already be in process. You can still return it for a full refund once received.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and customs clearance.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, you're eligible for a full refund. Just reach out to us.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Our prices are tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, you may need to pay local duties or customs fees. These are not covered by us.

Please email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll fix it as fast as possible — whether that means a replacement or a refund.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Timing may vary based on your bank or card provider.
